1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on arrion play (arrionplay.org), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and arrion play. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

arrion play does not accept registrations from individuals who are under the legal gaming age in their location. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a user's age and eligibility. Accounts found to have been created by underage users will be closed immediately and any balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
You must be a natural person — corporate or business entities are not eligible to register as individual users.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may hold only one account on arrion play. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration and for keeping that information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. arrion play will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.

4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using arrion play, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:
- Using fraudulent payment methods or providing false identity information
- Attempting to manipulate, cheat, or exploit any game, odds, or system on the platform
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or collusion
- Attempting to access another user's account without their permission
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward other users or staff
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions or platform rules
arrion play monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules. Violations may be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All transactions on arrion play are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). By depositing funds, you authorize arrion play to process your payment through the available local payment channels. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. arrion play may request documentation to confirm your identity before processing a withdrawal. We reserve the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending review if there is reason to suspect fraud, a policy violation, or an unresolved dispute.
arrion play does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Winnings credited to your account are the result of gaming outcomes and do not constitute guaranteed income. All gaming activity involves financial risk, and you should only wager what you can afford to lose.
6. Limitation of Liability
arrion play provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and error-free operation, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, free from errors, or always accessible. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, arrion play shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
arrion play is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment provider delays that are outside our direct control.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
arrion play reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
- Account inactivity over an extended period, as defined by our internal policies
- Voluntary closure requested by the account holder
If your account is closed for a breach of terms, any balance may be forfeited in accordance with the nature of the breach.
